The Lemonade Recipe for Weight Loss

Stanley Burroughs invented the lemonade recipe in the year 1976 since then it proved to be an alternative way to help in losing weight, this is also known as master cleanse diet. Until now Hollywood celebrities all over the world has taken an interest in the diet promising a slender and fitter body at the end of the program, stories circling the internet and television have made the lemonade diet popular that well known celebrities like Beyonce Knowles and Robin Quivers have tried the diet and have seen the transformation for themselves.

The effectiveness of the diet is followed by its strict compliance to the ingredients up to the 10 day program of it. The target of the diet is to cleanse away the digestive organ of all toxic build up, during this time, many times may be an individual feel sick and need to be in the bathroom couple of times but this is normal due to the regular bowel movements. The body at its state is in the detoxification process, it is being washed up of all the accumulated harmful waste and toxic products, this is also how the master cleanse gets rid of the accumulated fats in the body that results to weight loss.

The lemonade diet's ingredients are comprised of water, fresh lemons, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, all of which should be fresh. Make 6 to 12 glasses for a day's time and make another set for the following as it is not allowed to store the formula for over a day.

The lemonade diet enforces one to "fast" because it is not allowed to eat any kind of solid food or drink other beverage than the lemonade drink itself, additional recipe that is part of the diet is to drink laxative tea in the mornings and salt water flush at night time. Some of the effects of the diet are hunger, exhaustion, irritability, headaches, nausea and others, this is just normal because your body is experiencing a whole new lot of things like not the usual eating pattern as well as the nutrients you take in, this will all soon fade out once you progress along the diet.

When you are done with the ten-day period, take not to not eat solid foods just yet as your body is slowly recovering, eat easy to digest foods only. And if you like the body you've achieved, it is time for you to make the decision to maintain it by renewing all your eating habits and do some exercises as well.
