Don't get bored with the activities you choose as it is usually the complete downfall in diets when it comes to exercising; make sure you are doing something you enjoy. Each day, you can do simple activities that can speed up your calorie burning. Think about it a little bit and I'm sure you will find loads of small activities that you can do each day to burn some extra calories.
