It focuses on purification and stamina.

Iyengar is another type which involves the use of blankets, mats and chairs. It helps the participant align the poses. Other than those there is also restorative exercise, which involves just being calm for some few minutes. It is the most common exercise.

The iyengar exercise, which uses, a lot of equipment helps to align the poses. Restorative exercise is the simplest of all, and it does not need an instructor. It helps the body to relax. Finally, there is the power exercise, it has a lot of physical activity, and it helps to improve flexibility and stamina.

The other relief for people who hate carrying a huge luggage is that, most exercises are done barefoot. The other equipment that is necessary is a mat; it has several uses, which include one, cushioning against the hard floor. It also helps to use your personal space and there is no interruption.

There are various equipments that are required and they include a sticky mat. It is usually laid down as the participant is meditating. It helps to mark the participants territory to avoid disturbance. It also serves another purpose as a cushion against the hard floor.

There are also other additional equipments, but they are used for only the iyengar exercises . These exercises just like the others they require consistency and a lot of practice. There are exercises that can be done alone while others are conducted under observation of an instructor. The yoga has loads of benefits, and it is an exercise that should be done by a lot of people, and it can be done by a person of any age.
