When you talk about a diet program that serves two purpose for you like build muscles and lose weight, one of the most effective is the 90X diet. This diet is also a workout program that enables one to do exercise routines and eat healthy rich foods. And with its program one will understand how this works in building muscles , your physique as well as a fit and healthy body. It has a 3-stage process that one will have to undergo to best achieve the success of the 90X diet.

This is called as the energy maximizer, wherein the routines compose of building muscles and body resistance but now including cardiovascular workout which is extremely helpful for people who want to lose weight as this exercise rapidly burns fat.

The third stage is called the endurance maximizer, here you will be taking complex high in carbohydrate foods because the workout routines comes in with more complexity than the previous two, you will need a lot of energy to perform in these stage, this time the focus of the workouts is for building one's stamina while you tone up and then you also lose weight during the entire process.

Eating healthy foods and promoting workout routines to tone up your body and your physique are the focus of the 90X diet. With the "muscle confusion" style that the diet has, the different muscle groups and the entire body does not get used to the workouts that is also the reason why this is effective.
